Questions before you start
- Do I need a paid Claude plan?
- You need a Claude plan. Custom connectors are available on Free (limited to one), Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise; on Team and Enterprise an Owner adds them. For business use we recommend Team or Enterprise, which do not train on your data by default.
- Does the trial touch my CRM?
- It reads it, so you see real dashboards from real records. It cannot write. Your own SuiteCRM roles still apply on top.
- Which SuiteCRM versions work?
- SuiteCRM 8 through its V8 API. Record views mirror your instance’s own configured layouts, including custom modules.
- What counts as a call?
- One tool call: one read, one write, one view built. A typical question uses one to three.
- Is there a contract or a card?
